what is the flow frequency?
…and how do we access this divine energy?
the truth:
everything we need is within us…
this is something you’ve likely heard before. it operates in many of us as a frustrating paradox. somehow we know absolutely it is true all while we often do not feel like we have access to this elusive “everything”.
this everything, is the flow frequency.
it is a DIVINE S P A C E within us that is the holy ground we are meant to create our lives from. we know when we’ve touched down here when life instantly feels more easeful, joyful, loving, inspired, VITAL. while many of us land here in moments, often through grace, in order to learn—to re-member how to LIVE from here, we need practice.
practice nurtured through channeled wisdom + connection + community, and held in sacred space…
when we are tuned in, tapped in, turned on…
our goals and dreams become our inspiring guidance + direction rather than a tedious time constrained destination
our minds feel peaceful, quiet, + excited in the best way… as they experience the relief of relinquishing their role as “leader” and falling blissfully into their rightful position of servant to and follower of our heart and spirit.
we begin to reawaken to and fall into the flow and advantage of the Universal Laws that are always operating: The Law of Attraction, The Law of Assumption, the Law of Purpose, The Law of Rhythm, The Law of Gender, The Law of Compensation, The Law of Sacred beauty, The Law of Gratitude, The Law of Oneness, …and SO many more.
we re-inhabit our bodies as temples and revere them as the sacred vessels they are, understanding they are constantly providing us with wisdom and direction toward our healing—our highest self + greatest good.
we reinstate the soul contract between body + spirit—allowing the spirit moment to moment to “take over” and be that which animates its body. in this we experience the glorious power of surrender—an experience we can only have when we actually let go.
we unlearn distrust and relearn to utilize our precious emotions as an essential guidance system that allows us to know when we are moving toward or away from love.
we stand tall in our awkwardness, our eccentricities, our uniqueness. even in moments when this means we must stand alone. we feel great relief and comfort in our own authenticity.
we re-member that WE are pure positive ENERGY, and as we live more constantly in our own light we shine brightly for others. we love WELL..

ONE VIRTUAL GROUP SESSION A WEEK that will allow you to tune in and tap into your own divine energy and re-member the POWER of your oneness with all beings. here we will explore embodiment practice together as well as bring forth what is most present for us. this allows us to understand what we might be releasing that week and what we are bringing our focus to and opening to receive. (each session will last approximately 2 hours)
ACCESS TO DAILY TELEGRAM COMMUNITY CHAT: our own revised and reclaimed “social media” where you get to receive inspiration from others & practice expressing yourself in ways that feel authentic, fun, liberating, and transformative. NOTE: this is also where you get to suggest the topics/questions that might be centered in our next group session!

every day i see how much my 1:1 clients benefit from each other—they don’t know each other personally, but through me they have access (anonymously!) to stories that provide so much resonance. every week they SYNC with each other energetically…while each person’s life is exceptionally unique, they are all often working on the exact same things within themselves.
understanding our own feelings and experiences through the compassionate witnessing of others is one of the greatest gifts of living communally. which means that’s what we have to practice doing, that’s what we have to create space for.
so many folx in my community are trying to live more consistently and grounded in their magical flow state—a state i myself have learned as BLISS, the actual heaven we are seeking.
the flow frequency will be what i always felt “church” should be:
unconditionally loving, inclusive and open to all experiences and beliefs, and inspiring AF.
a space to EXPAND, to EMOTE, to more fully unfold into our wildly beautiful authentic selves, and to ENJOY and look forward to our healing and growth!

i’ve created the flow frequency to be the most accessible group i’ve ever offered—even if you could only make HALF of the sessions, it’s still an incredible value. so my recommendation is absolutely to sign up for FULL ACCESS, especially since you will still be connected to the group daily through our telegram community chat. you will receive so much there if you want it!
with that…you also have the option to DROP IN to single sessions—which is something i’ve never offered in a group before!
